According Techno Okezone (10/01/2015) that Perlan II is a glider or airplane without first machine in the world that is designed to reach these heights by riding "mountain waves", and this week made history by flying at an altitude of 1,525 meters during its maiden flight.

The flight, which took place on Roberts Field, Redmond Municipal Airport in Oregon, USA This is the first test flight of this aircraft, and next year will attempt a new world record for altitude.

The aim of this project, according to the manufacturer, is to open up a world of new discoveries related to extreme altitude flight, climate change, and space exploration.

As reported by the Daily Mail recently, Perlan II is pressurized sailing ship designed to ride the air currents in certain mountainous areas near the north and south poles, which can reach into the stratosphere.
