• JYLEE on October 18, 2015, "I really don't understand why there are bad reviews for this product. Perhaps these reviewers ordered the key card and expected the digital download. When you order the key card, it gets mailed to you as a physical product, you then go to the Microsoft Office website and download the office suite software, using the product key that was mailed to you. It works flawlessly, the UI is something to get used to but it's aesthetically pleasing. In case buyers don't know what the difference between the key card and the digital download is; the digital download will allow you to instantly download the office software and provide you with the key via Amazon Software Library. The PC Key Card, is mailed to your shipping address, instead of having the key provided through the Amazon website."
• Lewis A Edge Jr on October 31, 2015, "The user interface of Office 2016 closely resembles my Office 2010, so there wasn't much of a learning curve for me to adapt to this new version which is compatible with Windows 10. I installed this package on an older refurbished Dell Inspiron E5410 Windows 7, 32-bit Intel i3 laptop computer. Although the computer has only 3 GB of RAM the programs run just fine on that computer. Unfortunately, installing the program is not just a simple download. Microsoft now DEMANDS that whoever installs this program must have an "account" with them, which includes an email address BEFORE the programs can be installed. As the product page indicates, this package does not include a disk, just a product key. These programs must, therefore, be downloaded in their entirety from Microsoft's Website which requires a high-speed Internet connection. Each version of Microsoft Office becomes slightly more intrusive; demanding ever more personal information before allowing their software to be installed. This version is no exception. For just $125 only four elements of Microsoft Office are included; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Publisher, Outlook and Access which comes in Microsoft's Office Professional $400 version are not part of this package. Windows Live Mail from Microsoft is a good FREE substitute for Outlook. Unless computer users are producing brochures and creating/managing sophisticated databases the other programs will probably not be needed. Although I found that downloading and installing this package was a bit of a hassle, it does work okay once installed and will open any documents created by previous versions of Microsoft Office programs. Anyone who has used Microsoft 2010 should be able to adapt to these programs quickly."
• Stephen G. on October 17, 2015, "I purchased 3 of these, it works perfectly and I had no problem downloading it because I followed the instructions. DO NOT LISTEN to these people that can't follow instructions. After you buy it will ask you to download immediately, that is the wrong link DO NOT PRESS IT, the instructions are on the top of the page right under the price. If you want to download it you need to click on your account drop down menu go to your games and software library and click on the product from there it will redirect you to the office.com site where it downloads, you don't even have to put in the product code it knows directly from the redirect. I can only assume that the people that say they can't download this can't read and therefore have no business using a word document anyway."
